Anyone else has rust at the front frame ?

Anyone else has rust at the front frame ?

There is rust at the frame welding points on both sides. Has anyone notice this?

That's really not bad rust. Especially for 15 years +

It is not much indeed, I wonder if that looks like a repair after a major accident ? Like they had to cut the front end and weld a new back in place?
