Unless you are sure what the other bolt is for... i would NOT remove it. Hate to see a transmission band let go... Perhaps others know what that aft bolt is for.
The rear bolt on the torque mount. There are 3 in a row there, as you can see in the picture. The stubborn one is the one in the middle, while the one next to it (which I'm talking about) will create some difficulty in using the closed end of a combination wrench.

I forgot to mention.. I did all of these exercises with the other TTM bolts off, and this was the last one to go. I put a lot of WD40 in there too.

I haven't a 3/8" ratchet that would vertically fit in the space with the transmission bolt above.

I'll look for that power steering line bracket that I can move aside.

Hm. In that case, I'd say the advice to take it to a jiffy lube or something, and slip them a couple of bucks to lift the car and loosen it is your best bet. A hassle, but probably better in the long run. :)

Is it worth talking to the dealer? Surely they can't charge more than 0.5 hours to do this and take the risk of any problems happening. The issue is the dis-similar metals of the bolt and the casing causing a fusing of the metals. That is why the PB blaster suggestion above and the 'shock' impact usually work, but this is a case where having the right tools is the only way to get his done. Trouble is finding out if buying the tools and the time you need to do this is better served paying a 'pro' to do this for you in this case.

WD40 is good to kill insects. I use Liquid Wrench but there is other good stuff out there. The way it works is clean the rust around the bolt head, spray, tap moderately with a hammer axially on the bolt head to break loose the rust on the threads, leave a few days, try again. But in your case the bolt doesn't seem rusted.

I just removed mine, both rear 14mm bolts went easy with a 14mm wrench coupled with a second wrench as in the picture. Per chance are you trying to undo the bolt bolt in front of these two that goes through the bushing? This one is welded on both sides.

I just replaced this mount ten minutes ago; just used a boxed-end wrench and pipe to break the bolts loose. You can get a lot of torque that way so make sure you're turning the right way! (no offense, I've found myself starting to twist the wrong way when fiddling with a combination of tools under the car)

Update: I had the car in a shop a couple days ago to get some other work done. I told the shop manager about the stuck torque mount bolt, and they loosened it for free.
