Looks like a great business plan to import V70 Rs into Norway. I tried this with Fords in the 1990s but the Norway Ford market was saturated so sales fell off a cliff

Funny - I heard that Norwegians were pining for the Fords.
But I agree - I really don't think this car is that special, certainly not like $9k special. The interior is clean as can be but besides that it's a pretty standard-looking 98 R. 16s and doesn't even have the rear wing.

I just finished reading Out Stealing Horses by Per Petterson.
Probably to sell cars to Norwegians, you have to appeal to their psychology of stoicism due to light deprivation. So Abscate, a load of 80s era blue Fords might be snapped up like lefse.
