2005 S80 - One Headlight Wiper stays on... only one...

I have a 2005 Volvo S80 that I recently purchased from my mother. I have been working my way through the car fixing things that have either been ignored or patched. I am not a mechanic and have been learning as I go along but, well, I'm cheap so I do it myself. So far I have fixed the Oil Trap clog, flushed the transmission, aligned the car (myself), refurbished and cleaned the fuel injectors, fixed a manifold leak (what's with that last bolt... odd designed engine...), etc...

Now I am trying to tackle a small but perplexing problem. The passenger side Headlight Wiper will not turn off. The Driver's side works fine. I had thought it was a relay issue (I don't even know if it uses relays but I assume it does... but if that is the case, I don't understand why the driver's side works as it should. Whomever serviced the problem for my mother just unplugged it. I'd like to fix the problem correctly,

Any help would be appreciated. I have removed the motor but I really don't know what to do with it or if the problem lies there....

There is a park position switch inside the motor. The motor has power whenever key is on and another power lead is supplied when the headlamps wipers are operated. The first power lead is through a park switch so the wiper motor will run until it gets to the low position out of the way of headlight. If that switch fails then the wiper motor does not stop.

Does it run continuously or just run a bit and stop in a random place?

More seriously, this is a must have failure (read, all have it). I disconnected the electrical connectors at both wipers (near the headlights somewhere), also disconnected the windshield fluid tube going to the headlights because it drains fluid. Finally, because we get snow/ice here, I removed both wipers.

It runs continuously. Only the passenger side. I will take the motor out and see if I can open it up. Do you know what the limiter looks like? or where it is? I'll see if I can fix it.

The park switch is built into the motor inside.

This may be uncompletely your answer, but I remember on an older car I had, the bolt holding the windshield wiper in place was loose. So no matter what my switch position was, if I hit a bump, or was just simply driving, my winshield wipers would come on and stop randomly. Maybe the same can be said for these wipers. I wouldn't know. Mine don't even have the wiper blades on 'em, and my passenger side is missing the piece the wiper slides onto.
