Hmm... power flushing these transmissions isn't recommended at all - it's common for that kind of treatment to dislodge sediments/damage seals. The recommended way to do it is "drain and fill", i.e. a slow drain, then replacing the drained amount. Then again, and again until the fluid's the right color.

There's a definite possibility that you've got internal damage because of the flushing, and the hard shifting and pressure loss supports that, I'm afraid. :(

Hmm, that's the first time I've heard that.

Just found out the following:

Maybe try Mannol instead of Ardeca? Just to check if it's not the oil.

It's pretty much all over the forum. :) Remember that Volvo didn't intend these transmissions to even have the oil changed at all. :) 0.5 bar is a pretty serious pressure loss - it's worth a shot of course - it probably won't hurt. But, with a pressure loss like that, damage to internals has to be on your radar. I'm surprised that you get no DTCs from the tranny with that kind of deficiency, though...

Alright, have had some days off so I did not work on my car.

Could it be a bad line-pressure solenoid or a a bad wiring-harness to that solenoid?
Is it possible to test that solenoid?

I'm still not convinced that it's my transmission because it's shifting exactly like the one I've had before.

Just found out a nice document about measuring the resistance of the solenoids. It should be almost the same at the TCM side. If it's not you've got a wiring problem.

I'm going to check this in the weekend. Hope for the best....

The resistance of Solenoid 2 a bit more then 15 ohms. 15,8 ohms exactly. Could that be a bad solenoid?

No, it does not vibrate anymore. It just shifts hard.

Found out that a connection on my TCM was a bit smugged. It appeard to be the TPS sensor wire. Cleaned that and it shifted a bit smoother. Still a hard bang in Reverse...

My idle is almost 1000 RPM. +- 980? Is that normal?
