Seat Memory

Hello.
My wife recently was vacuuming under the driver seat and must have disconnected something as the memory buttons 123 do not work anymore. Would anyone have some visuals and ideas as to what might have been disconnected so I can remedy the problem?

There is a connector that runs from the seat adjust panel to the module but all of the functions run through that cable. If the manual adjustments work but the memory functions don't it is usually the memory buttons. When mine give me trouble I give them a squirt with electronics contact cleaner through the crack next to the button and that usually fixes them.

Hi Lee. I sprayed electronic cleaner as you suggested but still no luck. On the mirror on the passenger side it adjusts when memory one or two is pushed. Button number three did not work when I tried to give it a memory setting.
I also checked all fuses. And they were all good. My wife must have not something under their when she was vacuuming but it is difficult to figure out what is going on.

You're really asking the wrong people in the wrong area.
Your P2 car is significantly different than the older P80
models that are discussed in this forum section.
