Morning start hesitation

I have a 2002 Volvo S60 that hesitates when starting up. Once is warm, the hesitation is gone. No problem during the rest of the day. I have change the spark plugs, the PCV valve, MAF, fix all leaks, cleaned the throttle body. Any suggestions?

Very hard to say without knowing more. Have you looked at the air filter to see if it's dirty?

Have a through look at each tune up items - wires, cap, rotor.

Well, his car being an '02 doesn't have a cap or a rotor although it does have wires and coils.
I would say to use a code reader and see if anything comes up. At least that would be a good start- maybe there are codes that are pending (even if your check engine light is not on). Make sure your plugs are gapped correctly- I believe on the P2's it's right at 0.03 inches unlike the P80's which is at 0.028.

I would remove the plugs from the car, leave it over night and inspect the combustion chambers to see if you have any leaking coolant or fuel leaking down in there that would throw off your air/fuel mixture after sitting for a while.

You could also perform a coolant pressure test at this time to check your headgasket.
