Intercooler

Post by S70LPT »

Hi

I'm driving S70 2.0 turbo

I wonder, whether the intercooler is getting enough incoming air ..

The intercooler is sandwiched between condenser and radiator.

Is this bad because it restrict air..?

Why Volvo put it in the middle?

It works fine....does on all other Volvo S70's....check your hoses for cracks and clogs if it bothers you or you don't seem to be boosting much...and also check your throttle body for build up.

thank u v much made in japan

so, to make it short...the original factory set up works fine, right?

just curious because looking at Japanese turbo cars, majority of intercoolers are exposed directly at the front to recieve incoming air, with no restriction.
