2005 S40, can't open any of the doors or trunk

I suspect this car has been having electrical problems. It's been sitting for the longest. There was a heavy rain a few days ago (don't know if that matters), and it was finally time to get this thing to the Volvo dealership annnnd the doors won't open.

Key FOB is entirely useless. Nothing is registering at all. Changed the battery in the key FOB and still nothing.

Not sure what I can do.

I don't have the mechanical key (or whatever it's called). Never did have it.

Not sure if even a locksmith will help because I'm pretty sure they open it enough to hit the buttons inside annnd I doubt those will work.
