Radiator fan

Hi all.
I have a 2001 s60 2.4t petrol. It seems to me that the radiator fan is not running at all even when very hot. Thermostat stays ok temperature sensor is ok and new.
I've checked wires and connection and what I think is the fuse but not sure if it is.
My question is this... Where is the fuse and or relay?
I really don't know where to look. The fuse I checked is in the engine bay fusebox number 8 I think which say ac compressor/fan/ something else at 20a and that's fine. Any help would be appreciated

any time the a/c is on, the fan should run at slow speed. the regulator module fixed on the fan has two capacitors inside that leak after 10 years.

Ok cheer. It doesn't run at al. Not even when really hot so I'll have to get it checked out..
