I envy your clutch! But, that's cheating... replacing the vacuum lines while the engine is out :>)

A Dremel (or other power tool) is hardly necessary for this one unless the clamp doesn't move at all. I mostly used it just because I wanted to test the cutting wheel. tryingbe's weapons of choice are more than sufficient for this minor job - like I said, it took me 10 minutes, and using pliers instead of a power tool wouldn't have made a difference.
