Hey everyone,
I disconnected the negative cable from my battery today and after I reconnected it the instrument cluster does nothing. None of the electrical components are functioning except the check engine light and oddly enough the windshield wiper are stuck on.
I cant even shut the wipers off or lower the speed of them, they are just on when the key is in number 2 position. I have disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and reconnected to try to see if it fixes it but it does not.
The car will start and run but still nothing on the dash works.
Can anyone help?

These cars are meant to have the battery cables reconnected with the key in position II. Take the battery cables off again...hold them together or tape them together for 15-20 mins (to discharge anything that is left in the electrical system)....then put your key in the ignition (battery cables apart now- no longer taped together) and turn your key to position II. Next, put the negative cable on the battery and finally the positive cable. See if this restores the rest of the dash.
