Will they do a rebuild too if I send them my ETM?
They do whatever is necessary to make it work again. Bad TPS is not responsible for 100% of the problems with this Italian gift.

Looks like ETM has been replaced once and my option is refurb ETM.
I would go with Xemodex because of their lifetime warranty.

Means that motor of throttle actuator has issues.
I think it's communication issues, not the motor. Since he is able to perform sweep test.

Ok, here is the issue history and troubleshooting.
I want to clarify I use to be able to clear code and be able to drive car without issues.
I didn't have any issues on the highway speed at all.
All thing triggers when I start the car and the message ENGINE SERVICE URGENT REQUIRED comes.
Then RPMS comes down to 900-800 RPM car starts to shake and you couldn't drive more then 5-10 mh (unless you have a downhill)
No shaking when RPM above magic numbers.
I pulled the ETM fuse and there is no repeated on/off and ETM click once in the end of cycle.
According xemodex ETM flow chart it should be (MAF) but I don't see it in VIDA. I can try to swap MAF from my 2005 S80 and see if it will help but i have doubts.
I did sweep test a couple times
The first was perfect 0.7% difference.
The second was good also 0.45 difference but the curve was limited by the throttle position not more then 5% from required.(sounds like ECM enables safeguard)

Xemodex is just a TPS upgrade as far as I understand.

Since I already have a yellow label ETM I don't know if Xemodex will help.
Looks like ETM has been replaced once and my option is refurb ETM.
The yellow label ETM is just a white label ETM, with a yellow label.

FCP offers both a Volvo ETM and the Xemodex rebuild option on their website, btw.

I do know about both options.
But I have feeling it's not ETM but connection issues or something else.
