850 front air guide parts needed?

My 850 is missing all signs of the front air guide. I'd like to replace it. Looking at the diagrams online though I'm not entirely sure what I need if I want the complete setup. I gather I need #26 in the diagram below as the main air guide. It appears to be held in place by screw and washer 30a - 1 per side. My question is more about the other associate parts. #28 appears to be a rear portion of the air guide of some sort, and #32 a louvre. Do I need these parts as well? How do they attach? #29 is a clip of some sort that appears to connect to that rear air guide. How many of these do I need?

You need Volvo part number 6808693. On mine, it's simply attached with the two bolts (10mm I think), and 3 of those clips. 6808693 is a complete assembly, so I'm not sure what all those things are on the drawing there. It may take non relevant configurations into account.

You might get Brumsted at Ithaca Foreign Car Service to help you out, but the place to get these parts is in Utica at Erie VoVo - couple hours drive away. Perfect fall leaf peeping trip.

I might be headed through if you want to arrange a pickup and drop off, too.

Part 26 is the part under the car, the rest are above it and up near the radiator. The two bolts are M6 hex with M6 washers - available anywhere, but get them in stainless so you can last more than one Ithaca winter.

Clips and bolts are not included with the assembly though right?

@abscate - Dave does most of my work for me and I will take a look at his parts cars before I buy anything, but it seems these are commonly badly damaged or missing and I can have a new one for $70 or so. I won't be driving to Utica to save a few bucks with 3 little ones at home!

Ill send you a PM...I have to get one for my P2 and I have a summer place up near the Rongo....so I might be able to save you a couple bucks plus recycle the planet...thats truly Ithacan. Coming down in a week or two.

What three other Volvos do you have at home?
