Front fog lights installation

I have been wondering how to get front fogs work. I have managed to get pretty much everything(relay module, switch, lights and those are original parts) but the wiring concerns me. The bumber is pre-wired but there seems to be no needed wires above the instrument cluster where the relay module should be. Does anyone have instructions or knows where a wiring diagram can be found. My model and year is S40 1998.
