Don't forget to leave your review for each part. It helps all others make wise purchase decision ;)

Fcpeuro and all other sites sell both junk and good. Many people think because they are Fcpeuro or other names, all the stuff must be decent good. Shame when they know how disastrous several brands they sell are, i.e. parts don't last 6 months.

FCP Euro says:
" We’ve always promised this: if we wouldn’t put it on our cars, we won’t sell it to you."
Ha!!!!
They also have a lifetime warranty for everything (even brake pads), but I'd ask to pay
the difference and upgrade to better parts:

FCP's been alright about it all. They said they'll take the defective pieces, even when I said the bushings will look a mess because you have to destroy them to take them out. Even sent me a UPS label so I don't have to shell out the extra shipping. So I have no problems with FCP. Just bummed about the hours I need to put into this, after having done so already. And I don't think these should be sold. (Am I the only person on MVS who's installed Proparts Bushings, ever???) FCP's my go to site because they're close by and with free shipping I usually get parts quickly. (Although, I think FCP's instituting internal policies to delay shipment of "free shipping" orders to encourage folks to pay for shipping. A year ago, I'd get things with free shipping at the same speed I'd get with basic shipping. That's not the case anymore! Alas!)

oragex, I tried to leave reviews on FCP's site and my reviews never get approved. And I swear, I don't curse in them or make any disparaging remarks about FCP. I don't know what's the hold up. (A Windows flareup?) I've stopped putting reviews on FCP's site and will put them here instead.

I tried to steer people away from URO and other cheaply made replacement parts, you can only tell them so much. Most of the time, they will have to experience for themselves why these parts are bad before they stop buying.

Example: Fram orange filter been inferior for years but people still buy them! (less filter surface area, cardboard base, filter media glued to the cardboard, expensive compare to other better filters, etc)

OP, good to hear FCP is helping you out. I would also suggest calling PPS USA-rep and tell them your experience. I've had good experience in doing this with Meyle.

Misha is correct. There are other brands avail., even if not from FCP. Check RM European & AutohausAZ. Also isn't Tosca up in your neck of the woods?

Urethane torque bushing: Been there. Done that. Didn't like it.

Next time around, it won't take you as long.

On an off-chance, are your sure the SF bushings were installed correctly? Fully seated so the top protrubes and "pops" through, into place? Might explain why they look thin on top. Something's FUBAR there.

To be fair to the vendors - if you don't offer a range of parts and prices, you lose business to searches ranked by price. Its the information era we live in.

Put the review up, name the part manufacturer, and put a nice review like

"Might be a good choice if you need 6 more months from the car, but not for long term."

And props to FCP for taking care of you.

Are you sure about that? Seems to be two different companies, different addresses, etc... even different company reg. nos.

But the lifetime warranty makes it all good....right? So you can do the same job over and over again. Lifetime means how many times you will repair the same thing with an inferior part in your lifetime.

The business offering lifetime warranties might be banking on 'no returns' ever, and possibly collecting on an pre-obtained life insurance policy... They would have all the necessary information to pull a policy after you give forward your credit card, shipping/billing address, and phone # ...

I've never had a problem with FCP Euro. They are definitely my favorite vendor, always good brands and prices. I've had to return something once, and I had no problem at all.
