Hoses for the Intake Manifold Topic is solved

Hi - it's me again...

I learned how to remove hoses that have probably been attached to my 01 S40 for 15 years - after ...

I cut one apart to get it off. The parts dept. at Volvo can't seem to find it / give me a part number.
And, it is a molded to a horse shoe shape, a regular hose will kink when bent in the proper shape.
The hoses are on the left side, there are two of them.

Update: one of the hoses is attached to the PCV "big hose":
in the pic - see the earlier style, the horse shoe shaped hose. I only cut one of the two -
and think the two are identical - Phew !!

I believe you are referring to hoses associated with the PCV system.
Why your dealer cannot identify them is too bad. You may want to try another dealer if they're so inept.
