Timing Belt Wobble

As you can see in the video. The TBelt is slithering. Although it is not audible in the video...from inside the cabin a "glugg" noise can he heard and felt. Kind of like a rough idle...slightly as though the engine will die (but never has). It only happens in Park or atca complete stop. While "in gear" and diving, all is well.
Do I need a new TBelt? Is it an exhaust cam bearing bad/going bad? Is this even "an issue"?

Excessive play in VVT hub.

Thank you for the reply! Can the hub be repaired? If not should I get a new hub or junkyard hub?

It's a wear item, replace with a new one if you are planning to drive this car for a bit longer.
