Yes they are both the same and that's a good price for the Bosch part (and the right part), fine to jump on it. 137k it isn't even half way if you want to do the maintenance.
Connector is a good point, but that can be tough to diagnose. A junkyard MAF (i.e. a known good one) helps with that.

I did note that you mentioned the connector. What am I looking at for that? Do you mean the little electrical plug that I unplugged from the MAF or the physical tubing itself?

About connector.....it's clipped and it can't be loosened or something like that.The problem is in wires which connects to pins....before the connector itself.
The only way is to secure the wiring towards down:
