PNP woes

Hahaha yeah, I don't speak German either! It should work for you though. That program will allow you to clear codes as well.

Messed around with the software some more, it's throwing an AT-313 code. So that points to a faulty PNP switch correct? Even though I put a new one in doesn't mean it's good right?

That is very possible. It couldn't hurt to replace it again and go through the alignment process. I would try to get a used one from a local Pull a Part.

Since the switch pulls signal to ground, would it be beneficial to add a ground wire to one of the mounting studs?

I don't think it would make a difference if everything fits properly. Couldn't hurt, though.

Did some digging and came to conclusion that the Chinese built PNP is faulty (even after rebuilding it). IPD had Volvo ones on sale so I got one of those, let's hope this fixes my issue.

Interesting. Well, hopefully that was the problem and a new Volvo switch will fix it!
