Same goes for not snugging up the right hand intercooler hose on a 2002 XC70. I put mine together in the dark and had a hole about 6mm x 40mm where the hose wasn't seated. Car ran like crap but just like you say no codes.
I would have thought a boost sensor would have given it away.....

I was also wondering about that, with the blown IAC hose it had to run very rich... but also no code.

post pics of the FMIC setup when you get it! i love fancy gear.
i think you might be able to get the epoxy to seal up the crack if you epoxy something _over_ the crack - bang a sheet of thin aluminum over to shape it and clamp while it cures, or something to that effect. it would still be a temporary solution, but maybe you could treat yourself to a few extra psi. and if you polish the aluminum, you can tear off the bottom of the bumper and pretend it's an FMIC until you've got the real deal going.

Solved, I ended up replacing the intercooler with an OEM Volvo unit a couple months later.

Hi C. No tune. Just an "628" R ECU that probably doesn't make any difference at all. The boost comes from a manual boost controller I put on years ago.
