So basicly just a single highbeam relay should be fine I supose or similar that is 12v and can take some amprage (30-40 amp).

tomorrow I will do the same repair but will change the left relay.

To bad you live to far away otherwise I would have let you do it aswell :), will I need to reconfigure my car afterwords with new software?

Perhaps I should replace em both in precuation. But I read some where about the OHm's and things... I'm not so good at this, I have found a standard relay at 30 amps 12 volts. But are all relays configured same way over the pins so nothin bad happens also does the apms, ogms in coil etc make any difference?

no need of reconfiguration just replace relays and that all.

BTW
Recently I've been in Sweden. Visited Volvo factory. But at that time you had 2002 MY :)

Ah cool, so that means you might be the brain behind the brilliant idea of soldering the relays to the CEM.. mohaha "joke". SO you work for volvo or?

no. That was project for them to upgrade software they use to shoot crash tests. High speed cameras.

Can you reprogram every box module in a volvo if it is needed?

every? for your car yes but for CEM some special equipment is need besides DiCE.
