FCP sells that rear cam locking tool new for $118 shipped.Google FCP cam locking tool. or try ebay for cheaper price.

Highly advise you to get the haynes service book
from IPD also, whilst not completely pertinent to your particular model it does contain much needed info.

I did the front cam seals 2 month ago, whilst in there did the lot, belt , water pump, tensioner etc.
As long as you dont lose the timing its a doddle.
