Good Evening,

Can anyone tell me if they know of any good independent Volvo mechanic that can help with the following

PCV system replacement
Timing belt replacement with water pump cam and vvt pulley and seals for both

Autoscandia in Herndon is alright, but they won't touch your car unless you buy parts through them. They quoted me $1100 for timing belt and water pump which I thought was high, but it is northern Va. European Service Center in Leesburg also seems to be popular, but I've never used them myself.
