VIDA sotware download guidence Needed

I was wondering if there are any Volvo techs out there that would be willing, or allowed, to give me some insight pertaining to the VIDA software download recommendations?

I have purchased the VIDA and subscription program and service. I have been using the program for some time, however, I had to do an ECM and CEM replacement. I did some software reloads, but I am unclear as to exactly what software should be purchased and loaded. Is there a sequence for the software loading? I won't go into details about the ECM install, but the repaired ECM came with software already to go. (plug and play), however I also had to replace the CEM because of software corruption, and installed a virgin CEM (sent from XeModex). I did get the CEM reload software installed.
I notice that VIDA has recommended quite a few software upgrades, and even shows some "reload" software. I'm just not sure what software I really need. The car is running fine, so for now I have left all as is. And yes, I do have the "real deal" Dice unit from Volvo-Bosh.
