Ok thanks, I think the previous owner might have put b230 on it, can't be sure tho, guess I'll have to get a new set, the coil wire seems to have died, no resistance, been using a makeshift one for testing.

Coil wires are available separately.

These are spark plug wire lengths:
285 mm
380 mm
460 mm
585 mm

Coil wire available as 370 mm or 730 mm.

It starts and runs smooth for about a minute then wants to stall can keep it going with accelerator, then gets progressively worse till it just stalls, seems like I've had the same problem on a different car, not a volvo but can't remember what the fix was.

Sounds like a fuel issue.

Could be, took off return line got a good prime but was a little dirty, thought fuel gauge was broken when I got it and it ran out of gas, might have clogged up the sock on the fuel pump, if there is one?

Does that sound like it could be the iac or tps?, was getting an 02 fault, cleared the diagnostic box, nothing came back but I only had it idling a couple times, put it thru the gears but didn't drive it, probably not enough activity to get a code? still fails the injector report test, the iac and the other thing reports but the red light just does a rapid blink for injector test, on test 3 of diagnostic box.

Was thinking it could be a vacuum leak, because the flame trap is gone but it runs pretty smooth for 1 or 2 minutes, was reading where some just throw the flame trap away, probably a bad idea tho?

My rsr is kind of suspect, the connector is pretty much shot, wonder since it's a general purpose relay, if I can use an equivalent general purpose relay that has the same function, with spade terminals and connector, seems like the spade terminals have more contact and fit tighter than the small round ones, they are more readily available and therefore less expensive, it just seems like the round type are inferior to the spade type, what do you think?, been trying to figure out the exact specs. of the relay, thanks.

Unplugged the maf, started and it ran for about 4 minutes before stalling abruptly, that's about twice as long as with it plugged in. the way it runs smooth til it stalls, makes me think it isn't a vacuum leak. Wondering what bad sensor or bad sensor connection, could make it have symptoms like this? thanks.

Previous owner said he put new fuel pressure regulator on, it looks new, wonder if a bad one would cause the abrupt stall, after a few minutes of smooth idling?
