Coolant Flush 2015 S60 T5

I would like to change the coolant in my 2015 S60 T5 2.0L 4 Cyl. So, I removed the reservoir cap and opened the petcock (turned it a quarter turn counterclockwise- it would not go any further). However, no coolant drained. Am I missing a step?

Any assistance is appreciated.

I have experienced the same issue. I believe the petcock must be clogged. In my case I just removed the lower radiator hose to flush the coolant.

On earlier models the peacock needs several turns before the coolant starts flowing
