Bosch, NGK coppers work fine and are inexpensive. Denso is another option. No on Bosch platinum. Yes on NGK platinum. What does your manual say?

I got the NGK coppers, will install them tomorrow.
Ignition is working. I used the inline tester and a ground wire on the plugs to test each one; they all spark, a couple brighter than the others. And they smell of gasoline so I guess some fuel is spritzing into the cylinders—and there's plenty of pressure at the fuel rail / schrader valve.
Strange that in June it started instantly after sitting since February, which is how it has always started in the 8 years I've owned it, even after sitting for long periods. But now not even a pop, no hint of life!
Maybe the plugs will make a difference. Seems like a long shot.

Be sure to properly gap.
I myself would never let any car sit that long without starting it.

I have good luck with Bosch copper. They won't last as long as O/E though.
Good luck.
Good luck.

My first thought is lawn mower syndrome, definitely give the oil-in-each-cylinder routine a try.
