2000 C70 Convertible, HPT w/5-speed, needs top - $1,300 obo

It runs well, but it needs a new top and other work. It's been fun to drive and work on, but it's time to move on. It was my daily driver, but I've replaced it with something newer and I need to free up the driveway space.

Maybe she's a manual trans swap donor car?

• 2.3 liter 5 cylinder HPT ("high-pressure turbo"); recent spark plugs and coil packs;
• "ETS" light is on, but no other symptoms of ETM problems
• 5-speed manual transmission; shifts well
• automatic convertible top works, mechanically, but it needs a new top (rear window is falling out)
• the driver's seat is rough
• leaks a little oil, consumes a little oil
• 17" wheels
• 167,500 miles

Over the last couple of years, I have replaced: tie rods (inner and outer ends), swaybar endlinks, struts, front springs, spring seats and bearings, rear shocks, spark plugs, coil packs, engine mounts, microswitches and stowage cover lift cables in the convertible top, abs speed sensor, battery, and probably other stuff I'm forgetting.

It's rough, but less rough than when I bought it a couple of years ago.
