2012 S60 Unique Radio Issue Help

Hi,

I was driving one day and all of the sudden the sound went out in my speakers and my radio didn't recognize any stations and frequently says "bluetooth not connected" even when it is. I took it to Volvo and they said it was the IAM so I bought a new radio and have basically the same problem. Today I was able to pick up the FM Station but still no sound would come out of my speakers. Any ideas what I could do next?? Feel like I'm almost there but still confused.
