Sure, that will work. You will spill a little fuel no matter how you do it, have shop rags handy.

What if I take out the fuel relay and run the car til it dies, seems to me that will be even less spillage and probably safer,,what do you think?

No matter what you do, fuel will spill.

No need to disconnect the fuel line or the fuel rail. Just pop off the cover, remove the #10 bolts and you should have enough space to pull each one. Do you want to replace them or have them cleaned?

When I replaced my injectors, I found it easiest to remove the fuel rail from the fuel line (15mm nut?), and then remove the 10mm bolts, and proceed to remove the injector retainer plate. Isn't necessary, but I definietely found it helpful for inspecting the fuel rail, and installing the injectors properly. Fuel will spill, even if depressurized. Once the fuel rail is separated, keep it level as you remove it, and take it somewhere you can pour out the remaining fuel (keep level until you pour it out). Keep rags handy, make sure area you're working in is ventilated.

OP has a 94, so there is no injector retainer plate. On a 98 it would be trickier to do without removing the fuel line but on a 94 its pretty much like shaker_chi said.
Although, removing the fuel line is pretty darn easy, and probably makes it simpler to pull the injectors.
No matter what you do, there is going to be fuel in the rail that will slosh around when you start manipulating the rail and pulling injectors. It won't be a huge mess but it will be messy.

Thank you guys, reason shaker_chi is that my FPR is no good, and I have 1 injector thats leaking,so I figure since I have to pull the rail,I will put new orings on all my injectors, there is only one injector5th.one at the schrader valve end thats bad,Car runs beautifully,Im going to do what I can,I dont want to fix something that isnt broke,Im not a mechanic, when Im in the position to have what I'll call a clean up done I will look up a volvo mechanic, know what I mean, Im having hard start after it warms up and Im going to replace the coolant sensor and thermostat. I'll let you know how everything goes, stick around, I might need a hand., ( : ok. Thanks guys.....

Have you checked the diaphragm on your FPR? On my 1994 I had a leaking injector as well. I just picked up a used one on ebay and popped it in. You can pick up a FPR at the pick n pull for under $10 I'm sure and grab an injector while you are there. Have you replaced the rubber gaskets that seal the injector with the intake manifold? Yours are probably pretty dried out so grease them up a bit while you have them out. For some reason my 98 S70 doesn't have those seals so I'm not sure how vital they really are. There are a few youtube videos that give pretty detailed info about the fuel rail. Good luck.
