Trouble with my temperature controls - 2003 V70

Post by Trevor C »

Hi everyone,

I know that temperature control issues have been addressed before on the forum (I know it's pretty common), but I haven't found anything like what I'm experiencing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Here's what's going on:

* When increasing the speed of the blower motor, the dial "resets" itself back to the off position
* During the infrequent times the blower speed increases, the heat is never warm
* You can hear a "clicking" sound when adjusting the blower speed, like the system is turning on, then quickly turns off
* When the blower is operating, it doesn't seem to send air to the appropriate vents

I've attached a link to a video that shows what i am experiencing. You can hear the system "clicking sound in the background.

Thanks again! Your insight would be fantastic.

Trevor
