Reset "Time for Regular Maintenance" Message

I have a 2013 XC90 that I did my own 30,000 mile maint. on. I want to reset the message so it will not keep coming on at startup. I found a UTube video that said to hold the trip odometer down, turn key on then release the trip odometer button once the yellow triangle light starts flashing. I tried this and the yellow triangle light never flashes. Any suggestions???

mine doesn't flash, it just goes out. Its about 10 seconds. Key to position 1, press the trip reset button and hold while turning the key to position 2. You may hear a beep, but I can't recall if that is on my s60 or xc90.
