What parts of the rear sedan seat can be swapped in to a wagon? I assume bench portion at least.

Zero part of sedan rear seat will work in a wagon.

Actually the cup holder/armrest is likely swappable.

Third seat in a sedan. lol Sounds like tail gating stuff.
