1998 V70 - Is My Drain Plug Hole Salvageable or Is it Time for a New Oil Pan?

Hi,

From what i understand from the past, you can fix an oil drain plug with an oversized plug but that's only when the threads strip. If the pan is actually ripped apart that means there are giant areas that have to be plugged up. Maybe welding? I never tried that though and dont know if it would work or not. Of course pan has to come off first.
