03 XC 70 Topic is solved

Should I buy? I know it was a short run and there aren't many 03's out there. Were all the issues addressed in 03? Transmission, throttle body? The seller purchased it 5000k ago to improve their bad credit. Says they can no longer afford it and just need a cheap car. Doesn't know if the timing belt was changed but says the previous owner claimed it was. Says it idles rough upon start up for a bit but then smooths out. I would prefer one up through 07 but maybe this is a good deal?

the awd may no longer be working
have the seller bring the car to a meet point so the transmission has time to warm up. Accelerate moderately and feel the 2nd-3rd upshifting.
The throttle body on a 03 goes dirty and sticky, needs cleaned. harder to access on a turbo engine

If the 100k refurb of timing belt, suspension and AT service has been kept up it's worth considering.

Odds this is the case, about 5%
