Stiff leather S90

Hi all,

Back at it again with buying another old Volvo... this time it was a 1998 S90 (always wanted one). This one is a two owner, accident free, silver beauty with the upgraded wheels and seats. While the leather has no rips or tears in it, it is INCREDIBLY stiff from UV rays I'm guessing. I am sure there is no way to completely soften it back up, but anything that could help? I tried a ZEP treatment from Home Depot but it was useless. Any suggestions?

armor all products work great for polish and restoring the flex. Is it a wagon? I drive a 97 960. I love it!!

I'm running 1998 S90 seats in my 1988 760. Only part I don't care for is how much lower they sit than the originals. I nearly have to climb out of the seat. And yes, I know that the seat has many adjustments.
