I see a bunch on ebay. Are they all the same? Software rev., etc?
Thanks

What sort of car do you want to diagnose? If it's for a 1994 model neither Vadis nor Vida will suit.
If you want parts/repair information Vadis will do the job just fine

Well I know for a fact that my own ELM 327 won't read some of the throttle codes on my own 2001 V70T5 (though it will clear them) where Vida/Dice has no problem and reads All the modules on the car.
Autel MD series scanners are also usually pretty good with Volvos though there is no service light reset or service interval programming available through them
