Try to disconnect the battery and try a reset. Leave the battery terminals off for at least 10 minutes.

If you have a radio code you will need to have that handy.

yes I'm trying to fix it. I set the time with the buttons but the time does not go , It stays constant.

Or try a new instrument cluster.
These days, used parts for the S70 are quite cheap on ebay, considering that these cars are now > 20 years old.

Did you touch the removed battery lead to the other battery lead when you disconnected? This provides a total drain to the electrical system and may fix the problem. Other than that there really aren't any instrument cluster repairers out there given that you can buy a used one for around $50.
