Question about the alarm red light on dash

So i go to open the car today and when i unlock the doors with the remote i see that the red alarm light is blinking fast. I lock the doors and it worked fine and car ran fine. Is this something related to a bad alarm system? I get the message "alarm system service required" in the dash? And is this something i need to worry about? The fuse #38 for the alarm siren is removed

There is an alarm module under the right fender that goes bad every 10 years. It's probably bad
