Hello
I experienced the same issue today, the car was covered in snow for the first time this season. I warmed it and cleaned it.. and when I start driving it the message appeared. I restarted the vehicle same message: Anti-Skid temporarily off" so i drove the car and after a few minutes it disappeared. I had the car for 7 years and only once I saw a similar message but it was for the ABS temporarily off as I remember. I hope it whould not bother me in near future, but in case it does, where to look? Diagnostics at Volvo? And what is a " clock spring" you mentioned earlier in the post?
