In many ways, the heart is similar to a 2-stroke engine, well sort of.

In the heart, Electrical signal starts in SA node ---> AV node ---> left ventricle contraction pumping blood.
("Electrical": think ignition coil, Bougicord, cap/rotor, spark plugs: "Contraction": think piston coming up the cylinder creating compression)

The mechanical control:
- Mitral Valve, between the left atrium and left ventricle, prevents blood from going back to the left atrium.
("Mitral Valve": think "Intake Valve")
- Aortic Valve: prevents blood from going back to the left ventricle.
("Aortic Valve": think "Exhaust Valve")

Someone needs to go to the hospital with an OBD-II scanner and scans Robert's heart...and report back how many codes so we can start trouble-shooting...
I wonder if Robert has an OBD-II connector built into his body...It should come from the factory...

Hi!

I just joined about 5 min ago and saw this posting and came here right away because I'm a believer in prayer and so prayers come from my way! You did the right thing and went to ER to get evaluated, great! You're in the best of places and to get on top of things. You did the right thing instead of ignoring the problem. Prayers too... good medicine!

Get Well Soon!
