Just wondering what your vacuum reading is at in park when you are at idle when the engine is hot.
Im getting almost 21 in park when engine is hot.

MIA, thanks for the reply. Yes I have already replaced the air intake hose to turbo and I guess I need to get a vac gauge I don't have one, will I just hook it to one of the ports on the tree?? The gauge on the dash show an improved reading though.

You can connect inside the cabin to the one that goes to your inst. panel gauge. Its pretty easy. Volvospeed has directions on how to do it.
This is what mine looks like. Its an "Autometer" Its in a cup and I moved it over by the speaker on the dash. Cost about $50 at summit racing. I like it.

Take a baggie and elastic band and wrap it over the opening of the dipstick and see what it does.
Or a balloon.
Sounds to me that you have done all you can do however.
