Interior Lamp Switches Funky

Hi all,

Question regarding my interior lights- the switches do not seem to work for the reading lamp function. If I press hard down and hold the switch, it will come on, but does not "click" on at all. Common problem on these? Never remember this issue on my other cars, then again this is my first "late" model year RWD Volvo.
