2000 S40 Power Windows Fuse popping

Hello I am attempting to troubleshoot an issue with my mother's 2000 S40. The power windows stopped working. I have changed the 30A pink fuse under the hood twice already. Today the fuse has popped again. Perhaps there is a short in the master window switch? Thank you for your guidance.

Does it blow regardless of which window you're attempting to put down or up?
