CEM scan and repair BBA or XeMODeX?

I need to get my CEM repaired and am looking for feedback on using BBA in Massachusetts or XeMODex in Canada. Pricing-wise, BBA is pretty hard to beat (quoted $250 for a repair unit with lifetime warranty) versus xeomdex ($600 for the same item). I've read some mixed things on yelp and google reviews about BBA so I thought I'd ask her for comments. Thanks
