AC and cruise control not working

AC and cruise control not working

I have a 99 Volvo S80 T6 with only 124000 miles. Had the motor changed a year ago and the cruise control hasn't worked since. The AC blows cold only a few seconds and then just air. I read about the shims but, I'm no mechanic and don't know where the clutch is or how to do it either. I need help.... Also, if you know how to clear that SRS airbag message, that would be wonderful.
