Recently replaced a driver's side axle, five Bosch coil packs, new Volvo spark plugs, change to Mobil 1 0W40 in an attempt to cure lifter noise, new upper radiator hose, coolant, thermostat and ECT.
Went on 200 mile highway drive and popped the following codes:
P0328 -- knock sensor 1, high input
P0350 -- coil primary/secondary
P0442 --small evaporated. leak
P1081-- immobilizer
Car seems to be running OK,can't tell if there is an intermittent miss or not.
Any thoughts?

For the immobiliser, if you had the battery disconnected during the work, try the old lock/un-lock using the key in the drivers door lock and re-set the code.
Evap leak could just be that. Depending on the year there may be an evap valve up near the radiator. It could have a loose pipe or connection disturbed during repair work.
As to the other 2. No clue what would through those unless a connector is poor, or one of the coils has a poor earth.
Neil.
