98 V70R AWD A/C Recirc lights blink

start the car and the A/C Off light and the RECIRC light (both orange) flash for 30 seconds then go out.

Everything is working fine.

I'm Stumped.

Which car is it? Check the codes if its the '95 with the port in the engine. Tells you how to do it in the Haynes and Chilton.

Mine does that for binding fan in cieling. One of those little recirculating fans
