I have no direct experience with a PO422, but I did have a PO420 on another car, and had to pay for diagnostics as part of Ontario's DriveClean. The tech that did the diagnostics used an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the exhaust before and after the cat. It was the same, indicating that the cat wasn't lighting up and burning off emissions. It should be ~200 deg hotter after the cat. Alternatively, you can look at the waveforms from the front and rear O2 sensors. If the rear sensor swings with a similar pattern to the front sensor, then the cat isn't doing its job.

If your diagnostics point to a new cat, you can have a Magnaflow cat welded in for about $250 parts and labor-- I have used L & G in Markham and have been very happy with their work.

What is my best coarse of action to fix the Sunroof? buying the 150$ ebay ones? or finding a 500$ parts car with a good one and take it off that.

The heater core i still didnt change since it seems to be just a slight drip at the o rings on the original heater core, i should do it soon but im guessing The o rings came with the Swedish auto parts heater core are not genuine?

With your po422 thing, i have same no bad smell and no difference in performance still drives very nice. But Talking about rear sensors... I use a cable through my laptop for the Scanmaster elm program. and i notice im not getting any voltage to the 2nd sensor. So is that the culprit??? if so that sucks because I bought a Brand new o2 sensor from Bosch 2 months ago and i remember when i was getting the po133 code for the manifold not seeing voltage to the sensor then either, Basically am i supposed to see a voltage going to the 2nd sensor from that software aswell? Now you got me wondering if that sensor is bad. and yes po422 is the only code i have, it seems to come on after 150km of driving. The o2 spacer is cheap, but im wondering if i have to make sure theres a voltage going to the sensor first. I could upload a screenshot of my computer running the software with the car connected if that helps. Is there a better goto software people are using now? i always thought scanmaster 2.1 elm was the best maybe not anymore?

I was at highway speed today and I swear when it came on, i almost felt a slight change in the pedal and boom light came on again maybe that was just going into the richer mode or something i dont really know too much about that..

P.S Still have that crappy door stop welding from the picture above to deal with, nobody wants to touch it it seems. Would love a referal to someone in the GTA who wont charge a fortune.
